Tasting Notes

Colour: Velvet purple on the eye with a red tinge
Bouquet: Fragrances of jasmine and franjipani on the nose
Palate: Warm aromas of spiced plums and liquorice. On the palate it's smooth and silky with vanilla, berry and dark chocolate flavours with an integrated long palate and flavoursome mouth feel.
Cellaring: Drink now or keep for several years. Decanting is highly recommended by the winemaker.
